My suggestion is to have an option that when you are a ghost (that is, when you die) and have an option activated called "Hear ghosts from afar" you would hear ghosts from afar as the option says, because sometimes it is boring having to approach a ghost while he is too far away just to be able to say something to him.

Sounds pretty cool, do we want them to hear across the map or just further? (obviously hear only other ghosts, hearing all the living crewmates would be rather unpleasant
