I did some testing and the issue appears to be with reactor

I could run it by using the latest BepInEx and Reactor builds.

ya it does.. if a player joins your game after you pick a LI map, they end up loading on a totally different map.. if u pick it after everyone is in the lobby, it works fine. .so that bug needs to be fixed before we call it good for 16.1

Sorry I interpreted the original message as the game itself not launching, rather than a crash when starting a round. My mistake.

That was the correct interpretation. It did crash upon loading.
