• All Requirements must be installed.
• Changed the title so that it doesn't just says "[Bug]: "
• I have searched the GitHub issues for my bug, even in the closed issues.

All of the following are optional to answer

• Tried reinstalling the Game.
• Tried reinstalling MelonLoader.
• Tried restarting PC.
• Was able to see the Start Screen.

Describe the issue.

After successfully installing QOL about 20 times on various systems, i ran into an install that would not boot into the game although everything was correct and all versions correct,, after 5 hours of hassle with no positive results,, i decided to turn a VPN on and everything decided it was going to suddenly work and install correctly...

no idea why it needed a VPN to install correctly but if your having issues then this may be your problem as well !!
