Describe the new feature or enhancement

Well, perhaps it's old now bc it's for 5.7,

but since only Launcher CFG is referenced and doesn't being read, as i tried to put this same settings in MelonPreferences CFG it doesn't too.

What settings can be set in MelonPreferences CFG, i neeed things like (but not by argument) :

disable = false
disable_start_screen = true

[console]
hide_console = true

[logs]
max_logs = 1

[unityengine]
force_offline_generation = true

You can't do anything. It's a new feature
