[Bug]: Stuck when using Mullvad VPN

All of the following criteria must be met

  • I have searched the GitHub issues for my bug, even in the closed issues.

All of the following are optional to answer

  • Tried reinstalling the Game.
  • Tried reinstalling MelonLoader.
  • Tried restarting PC.
  • Was able to see the Start Screen.

Describe the issue.

When running with Mullvad VPN active, Il2Cpp doesn't really work.
I've noticed this while installing MelonLoader for Schedule 1, it basically got stuck on downloading.
When I start the game it loads the mods and then gets stuck at a black screen.
But when I disable my VPN connection, it will continue and goes into the main menu of the game.

I've attached the logfile where you can see that 2min delay.

Subsequent launches work fine though for quite some time, not requiring to disable my VPN.
