Cpp2IL Failing under Wine, Steam Proton, and OSes older than Windows 8 or Server 2012

Cpp2IL currently fails to run when the Game is running under Wine or Steam Proton.
Temporary Workarounds:
• Built-in switch for using Il2CppDumper instead. (Implemented in 5bf2aa6 and 2bf7ffb)
• For Wine or Steam Proton manually following the instructions posted by Samboy on Discord as seen below.
