Do you mean RoomFinder? If so, what platform are you connecting with? Steam? PC or VR? I haven't tried to use RoomFinder to connect to existing games yet, but I will check into that.

As for RoomCode: It works fine for me and I have joined a few people that use it to create their rooms...

No, it's roomcode.
I use it with demeo pc on steam.
I can create a room with a code but I can't join the lobby

Ah, I see your problem. The first code you need listed must be a 5 digit code for rooms created inside Heroes Hangout, yes I know Steam PC can't even enter it. So in the config file you need to start your code with something like 12345 followed by the list of 4 digit codes you would prefer.

It seems you must have something strange, like extra quotes, in your config. When I look at my debug I see this:
[Info : RoomCode] Proposing room code: 23345
[Info : RoomCode] Proposing room code: 6668
Notice there is no bracket or quotes as compared to yours?

The last line of your RoomCode config file should be formatted like this example:

Codes = 23345, 6668, 2233, 1999, 7272
