Brief description of your issue (aka the problem)

Every time I return to KSC the AMP window opens.
Tested in heavily modded game as well as in a clean install of 1.12.5 with both expansions.
Happens on return from VAB/SHP/flight (did not test tracking station).
Happens in career and sandbox (did not test science mode).
Log from clean install session attached.

Steps to reproduce the behavior or issue

1. Start new Career or Sandbox game
2. Open VAB/SPH or launch a ship
3. Return to KSC
4. AMP panel pops up
5. close AMP panel
6. return to step 2

Expected behavior

Once closed, AMP panel should remain closed on further visits to KSC until opened again.

Also - update the hard coded code links to be based upon the location of the actual plugin (.dll) rather than hard coded url; re: Epic Games version has a different folder structure than steam/tt/squad.
