Bring Custom Asteroids back in sync with CRP

Since Custom Asteroids 1.3.1 was released, CRP has added the following resources to asteroids:

  • Silicates
  • Hydrates
  • Gypsum
  • ExoticMinerals
  • RareMetals

Per-class distributions for these resources should be added to the next CA release.
