User reported this server error when attempting to connect on Windows

Connection error for client blahblah, endpoint 127.0.0.1:51166 error: System.IO.IOException: Unable to read data from the transport connection: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine. --->

This error is usually caused by a firewall ;)

We'll leave this open - If we can prove it, we should probably be complaining about firewalls instead of showing that exception.
