Whenever I try to access the Launchpad from KSP (not from VAB to launch), the game will become unresponsive, and refuses to close. After ctrl-alt-delete, the task manager won't work, and no other programs will as well, though I can open them up. Alt-tabbing doesn't work. I don't believe I have noticed this problem with the dev builds, but I am not sure.

I haven't seen this one poke its head for a while - Feel free to reopen it if this one is still a problem.

I've got this problem before, I think it's related to saving the Scenario modules - But I've yet to do a performance test on them to prove it.
