All players reputation seem to be linked. When I complete a mission, it opens options for other players: eg. I go to eeloo, and suddenly low tech players are offered contract for Dres, Jool, whatever, stuff more advanced than their tech level/reputation. Also reputation goes negative rapidly when other players are in game, even if I'm completing or not accepting new contracts.

I find that the reputation resets itself occasionally and recovery of kerbals doesn't process properly, causing the particular kerbal in question to appear in the lost kerbals section of the astronaut complex.

Anyone know how to use the debug tools?
