Connection ended: Unhandled error while syncing

My server keeps returning this if I try to connect to it for a second time, after a clean universe I can connect one time.. and the second time it doesnt work anymore, console doesn't show any fancy errors, just the exact same thing as my client says:
" Username sent connection end message, reason: Unhandled error while syncing!"
EDIT: It seems that this is only when the server's gamemode is set to Career

I'm sorry but it does not look like you connected to a server? And are you sure DMP is installed/is correctly installed?
@RockyTV Is there a case where one could get this error without having installed DMP? ๐
@oldmud0 I didn't quite understand your question, but the log @sme4gle listed shows me that DMP is not installed on his KSP.

By the looks of it, this is from KSP/KSP_Launcher/output_log.txt - We'll need KSP/KSP_Data/output_log.txt.
