Something is causing multiple Kerbals to be left in orbit after an EVA mission. I do not see duplicates of my personal kerbals, but I see the kerbals of others, even long after they've disconnected from the server.

Looks like DMP is detecting the kerbal being 'removed' when it re-enters from EVA, however the destruction event does not appear to actually remove the vessel file on the server.

On disconnecting and reconnecting to the server destructions are received but considered invalid.
