Hi a friend is unable to connect to the server, the server is rented from Streamline-games servers me and two others can connect ok but another gets dissconnected with this in server debug:

[09:25:04][INFO] : Client Jerbal disconnected in ReceiveCallback, endpoint ...*:49476, error: Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host. (An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host)
[09:25:04][DEBUG] : Online players is now: 0, connected: 0
[09:25:04][DEBUG] : Error closing client connection: The operation is not allowed on non-connected sockets.

I found some old error posts suggesting firewall so I advised him and he tried with his firewall dissabled but got the same disconnection error.

Can you advise? I am also checking with the server people just in case its on their end,
