Player-player docking does not work correctly

d1dc619 goes a long way to fixing this, Docking appears to be working correctly, but I've only done some quick testing ;)

EDIT: We'll reopen this if we run into problems.

Closing this - Player player docking seems to be reliable, the issue was KillVessel not working correctly. If we still run into issues, let's reopen this.
