Duplicate vessels/objects when disconnecting or quitting to main menu and reconnecting to server #232

Bumping previous fixed issue that is still prevalent in DMP 0.2.4.5 on KSP 1.3.1. Steps to reproduce can be found in #232 thread. However, it seems like the ships are duplicating somewhat randomly, maybe coerced by time warp. If needed I can try to troubleshoot a bit and give a more up to date step by step.
Server is running on Windows 10 Pro x64 with mods BUT the issue was still happening when the server had the default whitelist/blacklist
