this is from the companies website. given they took down artwhale's first version of this mod i have contacted them and asked for clarification on this phrase in the context of media which is based and and inspired by dream chaser without mentioning the project's name or anything like that, but this issue is a vital one, we might need a written aproval from them and i can try to ask for that, but if not we need to find a way to circumvent this issue...

Now we can always just avoid dirrectly infering the companies name and products but thats not very preferable

so I think the best option is getting written approval for the project
