Modifier key state is not refreshed when switching via Alt+Tab

Steps to reproduce:

Switch to the desktop by pressing Alt+Tab.
Switch back into the game via the taskbar.

Observed result:

EVS keeps thinking the Alt key is still pressed.

Workaround:

Press and release Alt key.
