I can detach parts such as the cc-r2 connector port and other things like the temp scanner. Attaching or reattaching is not a thing apparently. Attempting to attach some thing results in the thing falling or floating off into space. Thus a lack of attachment. I have reinstalled KSP and left all other mods other than KIS and KAS and have the same result. Any thoughts on how to fix??

Turns out something was wrong with my KIS i redownloaded the mod and all is good.
