Need work for adding more stock or other mods parts.

I'd love if the smallest liquid fuel tank was grabbable, but in my testing to do it myself I found that only radially attachable parts work.

I have no idea how it'd work, but making yellow fuel line end points grabbable would have really helped me fix all my failed Kethane mining bases.
