Electromagnet part doesn't appear in VAB/SPH

From online videos and such I'm realizing there is a electromagnet as well as harpoon and grappling hook, I've been playing with just the latter two because for some reason the magnet doesn't show up in my part list, although the other two do. Investigating the KAS/Parts, I do see hook_magnet.
KSP 1.0.5 with the following mods:
