Winch attachable parts are not aligned properly

Magnet, harpoon, anchor and grapple parts don't not properly mount to the Winch. See details on: https://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/index.php?/topic/142594-131-kerbal-attachment-system-kas-v063/&do=findComment&comment=3239172.
This bug also needs a fix in KIS: ihsoft/KIS#233
