It's a passive part, and it must be present in the new parts set.

The final solution was to redesign the pylon approach. As a result, two parts were created:

GP-20. A passive part, scaled down to the reasonable size with extra attach nodes.
BGP-400. Same as above, but with a battery and a control mode.
