Attach pointer missing

Sometime the attach pointer are missing.
Only way to get it back is to save/load

Yeah I have the same problem here, but I never seen the attach pointer :( I tried to save and load but nothing works :(
I use : KSP 0.21 and KAS 0.4.2 ALPHA
