Attached engine doesn't receive fuel

Radial Rockomax 24-77 is mounted directly on a fuel tank, but no fuel goes to it.

I tried quicksaving/quickloading and restarting tthe game but no dice.

Cleaning issues not related to the next version of KAS (Grab/Storage removed).

This also happened on Scott Manley's Interstellar quest series. Think it was ep 49.
