When running RealChutes, the radial parachute can not be grabbed. Confirmed that RealChute is the culprit with the IRC guys.

stupid_chris has not added support for KAS yet.

I believe RealChutes is open source as well. It should just require a few part config changes. It's worth a shot. If you succeed you probably should send the patch to Stupid_Chris to get it in the main codebase. (Make sure to check that the patch is compatible with the latest dev build of RealChutes first, of course.)
