Orbital and surface speed switched after docking 2 objects using a winch

I docked 2 objects using a winch on the surface of Kerbin. After the docking the surface speed is 174.6 m/s and the orbit speed is 0 m/s. But the object is As a result i can't go to the space center because KSP thinks the object is moving on the surface.
I don't have the save game demonstrating this problem anymore. And I don't have the time to check if I can recreate the bug with a current install. Sorry.
