Parts with "stateless = false" will drop to the ground when taken out of container.

Parts with "stateless = false" will drop to the ground when taken out of container.
Kerbals aren't able to grab them, the context menu remains locked to 'drop' as opposed to 'grab'
Cleaning issues not related to the next version of KAS (KAS Grab/Storage will be removed and replaced by KIS).
