I want to use a container, I just installed KAS, it's still greyed out. I can't find any documentation about what tech tree nodes I need for what KAS parts. A wiki page would be a good place to put it.

The wiki can be edited by anyone, so feel free to add a page.

Thanks, I ended up finding the parts I needed. They were in a tech tree
node that I had unlocked before installing KAS. So the KAS items were not
unlocked although the default parts for that node were unlocked.

therealplato, if you go into the R&D center (the place where you unlock science nodes) you should be able to see what parts are in which nodes by clicking on. This includes modded parts like KAS. If you don't see it in any of them, it's a hidden node, which will become visible when you're unlocked at least one of the node's prerequisite nodes.
