FR: Allow disabling numeric hotkeys via a config file

It appeared many people use mods that use keys 1-9 (e.g. EVAEnhancement), and this conflicts with KIS when eva kerbal has items to equip.

Another good addition could be adding a configurable shift key to the hotkeys (shift, alt, ctrl, etc.).

I'll take this FR on me.

Targeted into 1.2.5 (available in alpha5.1). Once pushed into release hotkeys can be controlled via config:

  • "EvaInventory/slotHotkeysEnabled" to enable/disable all the slot hotkeys.
  • "EvaInventory/slotHotkeyX" to change hotkey mapping for a slot.
