[KSP 1.2] Use new categories to sort KIS parts

New KSP has much more categories. The canister may fit "payload". Though, it may also fit a custom category being dicussed in CCK.

  • Put all containers into Payload category.
  • Give all containers tag cck-containers to have them shown in a separate tab when CCK is installed.
  • Make CCK required mod in CKAN (when new category is released).
  • Put CB1 into Structural category.
