Add a hint string into the inventory window to make it absolutely clear that items in such inventories are only added when the pod seat is occupied at the launch.

Probably best to keep it simple and straightforward by just adding a line below the inventory name for command seats stating that items in this inventory require a crew member in the seat at launch.
