KSP 1.3.1 was released on 10/5, and KSP Interstellar-Extended is raising warnings about only supporting 1.3.0

I have released a beta which can be downloaded from https://kerbal.curseforge.com/projects/ksp-interstellar-extended/files

if no major issues are raised I will make an official spacedock release
