[1.3.1] Loading Hangs at Tweakable Antimatter Reactor

Playing the latest 1.3.1 release with several other mods, KSPIE gets stuck when attempting to load the "WarpPlugin/Parts/Electrical/AntimatterReactors/AntimatterReactor/TweakableAntimatterReactor". If Far Future Technologies is installed it gets stuck on the FFT beam core antimatter engine. I tried removing OSE Workshop to see if that would help (based on this issue #208) but it didn't.
