I found 2 Warning(s) in the KSP.log file pertaining to 2 different Config files. Here is a copy of those message from the KSP.log file

[WRN 17:10:18.108] Config in file 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Kerbal Space Program\GameData\WarpPlugin\Parts\Engines\Timberwind\Upgrades.cfg' contains no data.
[WRN 17:10:18.215] Cannot create config from file 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Kerbal Space Program\GameData\WarpPlugin\Patches\RcsSounds.cfg'.

I opened Upgrades.cfg file and there is references to 3 Different Part Upgrades. Are these missing information and that is why KSP is saying there is 'No Data'?

Any information about this would be great and if, there is a fix.

Additionally i found a 3rd Warning in the KSP.log file

[WRN 17:10:15.289] Cannot create config from file 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Kerbal Space Program\GameData\InterstellarFuelSwitch\PatchManager\TankRevampPatches.cfg'.
