i tested 3 different engines saying they could use Helium in ingame part description, but in actually propellant selection of placed part, helium could not be chosen

technically you could first convert it to LqdHelium, but I guess this is not always possible. Using it for thermal propellant most of the time is not that useful, but I can see it usefulness as an electrical propellant
