Methane Pyrolysis says "CH4 => H2 + C" in the ISRU Refinery interface but in actuality does the same thing as Partial Oxidation of Methane, "CH4 + O2 => CO + H2". This is also reflected in the code; aside from localization names, the two classes are identical.
