Currently IFS causes any parts from procedural parts to have 2 fuel switch menus,

The one that IFS adds uses the base size fuel capacities and overrides the Procedural Parts selection upon loading/launching a craft

If there is not a patch file to exclude Procedural parts from IFS already, could one be created?

Edit: I'm struggling to find any recourses for creating patches to exclude parts from IFS, any help here would be appreciated
