Gooding Lambert Solver accuracy seems slightly off

roughly circular 185x185ish parking orbit to intercept a hyperbolic orbit and the intersect has a separation of 0.8km, which seems like a very large error. It should be 0.00km.
it might be that one of the codepaths dealing with hyperbolic target orbits is slightly buggy. more circular-to-circular hohmann transfers seem to be very exact.
technique for validating lambert solvers:
Yeah this is definitely buggy. Switching between LambertSolver and GoodingSolver for #1056 shows that the GoodingSolver is buggy in some cases.
#1149 should have closed this i think, we don't use multirev anywhere
