RCS landing, RCS burn execution, RCS in ∆v stats, RCS ascents (for biome hopping on Gilly or whatever).

RCS should be more of a first-class citizen. OMS burns using RCS engines and monoprop/hypergolics for small ∆v changes are a thing that should be supported.
