Description

On my monitor with 1366 x 768 resolution I cannot see top part of the panel for Ascent Guidance and Altitude Adjustment and if I try to pull it down it just snaps back up.

Found a solution by lowering UI scale in MechJeb setting but now its kind of hard to read so it would be nice if you could just drag it down without the window automaticly snaping back up.

There is an UI scale settings in the "Setttings" tab.

The problem however is that the global setting for UI scaling seem to not affect the MJ UI.
