Ascent Guidance is not working with RSS/RO

Description

When I start the Ascent Guidance with the Primer Vector Guidance (RSS(RO), I'll get the following message in the Ascent Guidance Window: LAST FAILURE: Unchaught Exeption (ArgumentOutOfRangeExeption): Argument is out of range. Paramenter name: index

Replication Case

I loaded the Saturn V from Realsim Overhaul, set the orbit to 200km and the Orbit inc. to -55.24 degree. When I hit Launch I'll get the error

If you're not using dev build #880 that may have fixed it:

Also not that I'm unlikely to be producing any more releases for anything other than KSP 1.7, and KSP 1.4 is very problematic with RSS/RO/RP-1.

I already tried it and it didn't work either.
