Off-axis thrust is not supported by any of the various guidance methods

We assume the axis of thrust is vessel.forward, which is not true for e.g. space shuttles or other asymmetrical vehicles.
Users can manually fix this problem via having a probe core which is tweaked to fix it so that vessel.forward is in line with CoT-CoM axis but that is quite fussy.
