TWR info wrong in VAB with RealFuels

Description
Delta V window shows wrong TWR and SLT in VAB (but not in flight). With RealFuels v12.8.3, RealismOverhaul v12.0.7.4 installed.

As you can see above, dV is well matched with KER and stock DV tool, but TWR and SLT is ridiculously high.
