Running 2.0.8 and I keep running into a frustrating error, on the last step, after circularising and phasing, when it should align and match to get you 100m from the object, it heeps failing to plot, with a burn time / time to burn of 67 days.

Debug console shows a massively recurring error of " [Log]: getObtAtUT result is NaN! UT: NaN"

Issues #121, #131, #133, and #138 are duplicates and not technical bugs but due to lack of communication in the docs. See my comment #131

tl;dr: The probe parts lack the rotational power of the manned command modules. As a result, you need to turn on RCS so MechJeb can adjust your attitude for the burns.
