whenever I load into a vehicle, my toolbar on the right just gets spammed with MechJeb buttons, and the console is flooded with the same error

This issue just randomly happened while I was playing the game, and simply restarting my game fixed it, but it's been happening more and more often and now restarting my game doesn't even solve anything.

Also, whenever I try to right click on something, it either does absolutely nothing, or opens a menu like this instead of the actual interaction menu
