When I launch my rocket to rendezvous with my space station at 200 km, it will get the Ap to the 200 km, create a maneuver node ward to it then nothing. it wont throttle up or do anything. You can click disengage autopilot, but you can't throttle up yourself or turn RCS or SAS on or off and you can't use ASS to move either. I do have plenty of fuel and power too.
Any way to fix this?

I figured it out kinda. I wont circulate if the rocked is a porbe, so you at least need a part that hold kerbals so the rocket is a ship.

Seriously? I just installed MechJeb yesterday and am stuck with this "not executing meneuver nodes" too. Never thought it is because at the moment I am totally into unkerbalised space programs (i.e. only probes). Can someone confirm this?

Ya I have that same problem, so I add a kerbal storage tanke to every rocket so its a ship

Issues #121, #131, #133, and #138 are duplicates and not technical bugs but due to lack of communication in the docs. See my comment #131

tl;dr: The probe parts lack the rotational power of the manned command modules. As a result, you need to turn on RCS so MechJeb can adjust your attitude for the burns.
