Delta-v stats panel broken on 1.10.1

There were several reports of this a while back on the RO Discord.

This is 1.10.1 + MechJeb 2.12.0,

When the dV panel is opened, nothing shows up:

Closing; MJ 2.12 is unsupported on KSP 1.10.

Can confirm that MJ2.11 works on 1.10.1.
