"Module disable does not kill throttle" prevents krpc from controlling throttle

When trying to set vessel's throttle with krpc(e.g. vessel.control.throttle = 1), the throttle does not move, but after unchecking the "Module disable does not kill throttle" option, krpc can control the throttle normally.
I don't know if this is appropriate to issue it here.
